SACRAMENTO -- Allie Will, a 25-year-old former professional player, and Jenson Brooksby, ranked second nationally in the 16s, won the women's and men's open singles titles, respectively, on Sunday in the $2,500 Rio del Oro Open/Senior/NTRP tournament at the Rio del Oro Racquet Club.
